The Mid-Atlantic Flow Cytometry Association ("MAFCA" or "Association") is providing information and services on the Internet through its website as a benefit and service in furtherance of its nonprofit and tax exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. MAFCA does not endorse, approve, guarantee, or certify that any information posted by MAFCA or third parties is accurate, complete, timely, or effective. Use of such information is entirely voluntary and reliance on it should only be undertaken after an independent review of it by qualified experts.

MAFCA reserves the right to remove any materials that are posted by third parties onto this site or materials that are emailed by third parties to any other persons that the Association considers to be objectionable. Notwithstanding the reservation of this right, the Association is not responsible for material posted by any third party. The Association specifically disclaims any and all liability for any claims or damages which result from any postings by third parties. MAFCA prohibits the posting of any defamatory, abusive, profane, threatening, offensive, anticompetitive, or illegal statements, information, or materials. MAFCA does not condone and will not be responsible for any such statements, information, or materials or resulting liability, including antitrust liability. Any posting, electronic or related discussions, or other conduct or activities must comply with all applicable laws and MAFCA standards, policies, and procedures. MAFCA reserves the exclusive right to terminate access to any user who does not abide by these standards, policies, and procedures. Although the MAFCA website may include links providing direct access to other Internet sites, the Association has not participated in the development of those other sites, and does not exert any editorial or other control over those other sites, and MAFCA is not responsible for the privacy practices, activities, or content of those other sites.

You may not post any information or other material protected by copyright without the permission of the copyright owner. By uploading information or other material onto the MAFCA site, the uploading party warrants and represents that it owns the copyright in such information or other material, or has received permission from the person or entity who owns the copyright in such information or other material. By uploading information or other material onto the MAFCA site, the uploading party grants MAFCA and users of the MAFCA site the non-exclusive right and license to display, copy, publish, distribute, transmit, print, and use such information or other material. The MAFCA website is created and controlled by MAFCA in the Pennsylvania, USA. As such, the laws of Pennsylvania and the United States of America shall govern these disclaimers and terms and conditions of use and any conflict that may arise in connection with this website without reference to any principles of conflicts of laws. By using the website all parties agree that jurisdiction and venue for all actions or proceedings arising in connection with this website shall be tried and litigated in the state or federal courts located in the Pennsylvania.
